Co-Hosted by Vanessa Williams and Michael Urie, the 76th Annual Drama League Awards Ceremony and Luncheon was held on Friday, May 21, 2010 in the Broadway Ballroom of the Marriott Marquis Hotel.

The 55th Annual Village Voice OBIE Awards were presented on Monday, May 17, 2010, at a ceremony held at Webster Hall in Manhattan. Co-hosted by Michael Cerveris and former OBIE winner Anika Noni Rose, the awards were presented by J. The 76th Annual Drama League Awards Ceremony and Luncheon will take place on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 12:00pm at the Grand Ballroom of the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square. The Working Theatre will be presenting a staged reading of Bugs of the Pigs in the Lions, by Kia Corthron. The event will take place on April 19 at 7PM and will feature direction by Kent Gash. The reading will feature Tala Ashe, Caroline Clay, Ramsey Faragallah, Arthur French, Marc Damon Johnson and Johnny Ramey. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by visiting www.smarttix.com.

McCraney, one of America's most acclaimed young writers, returns to The Public to complete his trilogy following the success of The Brothers Size in 2007. Tina Landau will direct In The Red and Brown Water and Robert O'Hara will direct The Brothers Size and Marcus; or the Secret of Sweet.

The second half of Tarell Alvin McCraney's groundbreaking trilogy The Brother/Sister Plays will begin preview performances at McCarter Theatre Center (91 University Place, Princeton, NJ) on Thursday, May 14 (press opening: May 22). Comprised of the second and third plays in the trilogy-The Brothers Size and Marcus; or The Secret of Sweet (world premiere)-Part 2 is directed by Robert O'Hara.

The Tony Award® -winning McCarter Theatre Center in Princeton, NJ, has announced the complete cast for the world premiere of Tarell Alvin McCraney's landmark trilogy The Brother/Sister Plays. Presented in two parts, the production will be presented with a single cast and performed in repertory in McCarter's Berlind Theatre. The Brother/Sister Plays is co-produced with New York's Public Theater.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Mara Manus) announced casting today for The Poor Itch, the second play of the inaugural PUBLIC LAB initiative. Directed by Lisa Peterson, The Poor Itch is a new play by the late John Belluso that will run March 7-23. Tickets are $10 for all PUBLIC LAB performances.

The 2006 Tony Award-Nominated comedy Well arrives to the Arena Stage, running September 14 to October 14 in the Fichandler. The press opening performance is Thursday, September 20 at 8PM.
