Magical Music for Life Foundation is thrilled to present its 5th annual TUNES IN TIMES SQUARE benefit concert Sunday, May 1, 2016 on Broadway between 42nd & 43rd Streets in Times Square. The goal of the concert is to raise financial support to produce a new original album of songs for water safety applicable to children with and without specials needs, awareness of our music, and funds to perform our musical written especially for children with autism and other special needs. The event will be a continuous sing-a-thon, where talented children and groups from six states will come together to share the same stage with over 70 Broadway performers from most of the current shows and many past shows. The Tony and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical Once, based on the 2007 Academy Award-winning film, is currently playing on Broadway at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street). The production opened to rave reviews on Sunday, March 18, 2012. ONCE won eight Tony Awards including Best Musical.
