Lincoln Center Theater's Platform Series continues its 2006-2007 season on Wednesday, March 28, at 6:00 pm with a pre-performance talk with the playwright, Christopher Shinn, whose play Dying City recently opened to critical acclaim at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater.

Yale Repertory Theatre, under the leadership of Artistic Director James Bundy and Managing Director Victoria Nolan, presents Frank Wedekind's shocking classic drama Lulu as translated by Carl R. Mueller, adapted for this production by Mark Lamos and Drew Lichtenberg, and directed by Mark Lamos, from March 30 through April 21. (Press night is Thursday, April 5 at 8 p.m.).
Kelli O'Hara to Star in Lyric Theatre's Oklahoma! in June

Kelli O'Hara, who was recently seen in Reprise!'s staged concert production of Sunday in the Park with George, will play Laurey in the Lyric Theatre's upcoming production of Oklahoma! - the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic that shares a name with the state in which the Lyric is located.

Patti LuPone to Perform at Lincoln Center's Spring Gala

LuPone has been one of Broadway's foremost leading ladies since her star-making performance in 1979's Evita, for which she won a Tony Award. She was also recently nominated for her turn in Sweeney Todd. The star, who graduated from Julliard and was a member of John Houseman's famed Acting Company in the '70s. Broadway credits include Noises Off, The Old Neighborhood, Master Class, Anything Goes (Tony nomination), Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Oliver!, Working, The Three Sisters, The Robber Bridegroom (Tony nomination) and The Beggar's Opera; she has also starred in Pal Joey and Can-Can at Encores! Additionally, she originated the role of Fantine in the London production of Les Miserables, starred as Norma Desmond in the 1993 West End production of Sunset Boulevard (her last appearance in a fully-staged musical), and played Genevieve in the original production of The Baker's Wife.
