ENJOY - a new play by the renowned Japanese playwright Toshiki Okada -- will be given its English-language premiere in a production by the Obie award-winning Off-Broadway theatre company, The Play Company, with previews beginning March 27 and an official opening night set for April 6, 2010 Off-Broadway at 59E59 Theaters (Elysabeth Kleinhans, Artistic Director; Peter Tear, Executive Producer), located at 59 E. 59 St., between Park and Madison Avenues in Manhattan. Kate Loewald is Founding Producer of The Play Company; Lauren Weigel is Managing Producer. This production is presented in association with Japan Society.

Dusk Rings a Bell, written by Stephen Belber will be performed at Atlantic Stage 2 as Atlantic Theater Company's final production of the season. The play will be directed by Sam Gold and will run May 19-June 20. Performances take place Tuesday-Saturday at 7:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday at 2:30 PM.

Tony Award winner Michele Pawk is set to star in the upcoming production of THE BLONDE, THE BRUNETTE, AND THE VENGEFUL REDHEAD, opening at Pittsburgh's City Theatre on May 8th. The production will see Pawk take on seven different roles in the one-woman show by Robert Hewett.

In an evening billed as a celebration of food and entertainment, New York City's finest chefs will sample dishes from their restaurants to performances by entertainment's most exciting talent. Acclaimed actors Martin Sheen and Olympia Dukakis, legendary rock musician Ray Manzarek of The Doors, and poets Michael McClure and Anne Waldman joined Judith Malina and other artists for a one-night-only gala to benefit The Living Theatre on Friday, December 18, beginning with cocktails and dinner at 6pm, followed by a program of music and performance at The Players Club in Manhattan.

Vineyard Theatre will end 2009 with playwright Nicky Silver and actresses Patricia Clarkson, Veanne Cox and Leslie Ayvazian in 'Nicky Silver and His Leading Ladies,' the third in the VINEYARD VOICES series of panel discussions with theatre artists on Monday, December 7 at 7 pm, and will kick off 2010 with actress Susan Blackwell - one of the stars of The Vineyard's hit production of [title of show] - when she presents her wildly popular DIE VAMPIRE, DIE! WORKSHOP on Saturday, January 2nd from 2pm to 6pm. Both events will be held at Vineyard Theatre (108 East 15th Street).
