MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET Extends into 2014 at Harrah's Las Vegas

The electrifying Tony Award-winning musical, MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET is set to continue its smash-hit run at Harrah's Las Vegas in 2014. Tickets for performances through May 4 are on sale Friday, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. An exclusive pre-sale will be offered to Caesars Entertainment Total Rewards members beginning Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 10 a.m. through Thursday, Nov. 7 at 10 p.m. In addition to receiving priority access to tickets, Total Rewards members will also receive a 20 percent discount during the pre-sale.

Levi Kreis to Join Seattle Men's Chorus as Guest Artist; Holiday Extravaganza Runs 11/30-12/22

Seattle Men's Chorus (SMC) borrows from the film classic Casablanca for their annual holiday extravaganza at Benaroya Hall. In Play it Again, Santa, Santa (not Sam) is at the piano and the out-of-the-way nightclub is much farther north - like at the North Pole! There will be eight Seattle concerts plus two outreach performances in Tacoma and Everett. For the first two Seattle concerts of their 34th season opener, SMC welcomes to the stage Tony award-winning pianist and vocalist Levi Kreis (Nov. 30 & Dec. 1 only) as the guest artist.

The national tour of the Broadway musical "Million Dollar Quartet," inspired by the true story of a rock 'n roll jam session featuring Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash and Carl Perkins, is coming to the Gallo Center for the Arts for five performances, Friday through Sunday, November 15 - 17.

On one fateful winter evening, a few weeks before Christmas in 1956, producer Sam Phillips managed to get all of his stars in one room. The recording session of Carl Perkins and Jerry Le Lewis soon turned into an impromptu jam session when Johnny Cash and breakout star Elvis Presley showed up too. This was to be the first and the last time all four men were in the same room together and goes down in history as one of the greatest spontaneous rock and roll collaborations of all time

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA'S Kristen Hertzenberg to Play Foundation Room, 10/23

Coming off her role as Christine in Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular at the Venetian Hotel, Kristen Hertzenberg steps beyond her theatre background to sing the music that has inspired her behind the scenes in her new show KRISTEN HERTZENBERG - BEYOND THE STAGE. The show debuted to a sold-out house at the Art Square Theatre in July and will take place again on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 10:30pm at the Foundation Room atop Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church presents 'Faith & Culture,' a ministry to inaugurate its first major programming endeavor this fall: a music-based lecture series titled Tastemakers & Pioneers curated by Marina Harrison. Serving to introduce the community to many creative disciplines of the humanities, 'Faith & Culture' focuses on music, literature, history, film and theatre, and fine art. Several prominent individuals in the music community, considered innovators and highly-regarded experts, have committed to be a part of this season. All lectures will take place at 7pm and attendees are invited to special Meet-and-Greet Receptions with the artists afterwards.
