BroadwayWorld has just confirmed that Drama Desk nominee Barrett Wilbert Weed has officially left the cast of Heathers: The Musical, the new smash-hit musical currently playing at New World Stages. A show representative told BWW: 'Barrett Wilbert Weed has departed the Off-Broadway production of HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL to pursue other opportunities. Original cast member Charissa Hogeland, who has understudied the role of Veronica since the show's premiere at New World Stages, will take over the leading role, effective immediately.'
