Disney Channel kicks off its annual month-long 'Fa-la-la-lidays' programming event FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29 with a special one-hour crossover of the hit comedies 'Good Luck Charlie' and 'Jessie,' featuring an original holiday song performed by 'Jessie' star (Debby Ryan). The month brimming with winter-themed episodes also includes a music-filled episode of 'Austin & Ally' -- featuring a duet with Austin (Ross Lynch) and Ally (Laura Marano) -- a 'Liv and Maddie' episode in which Liv (Dove Cameron) sings a classic holiday song, new episodes of 'A.N.T. Farm,' 'Dog With A Blog' and 'Wander Over Yonder' and favorite holiday movies including 'Good Luck Charlie, It's Christmas!,' 'Disney's A Christmas Carol,' 'The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause' and 'Santa Buddies.'
The Hub Network, a destination for kids and their families, announced today that Bailee Madison ('Trophy Wife'), Laura Marano ('Austin & Ally'), Rico Rodriguez ('Modern Family'), Raini Rodriguez ('Austin & Ally'), Keean Johnson ('Spooksville') and Todd Newton ('Family Game Night') will present at the star-studded 'Hub Network's First Annual Halloween Bash,' celebrating all things Halloween. As previously announced, 'Saturday Night Live' actor and comedian, Kenan Thompson, will host the one-of-a-kind special, including a performance by chart-topping musician Cody Simpson. The 'Halloween Bash' will also include the first-ever nationwide 50-state costume competition judged by a celebrity panel, including Halloween-expert Martha Stewart. The live-to-tape event will be broadcast on Saturday, October 26, 8-10 p.m. ET/5-7 p.m. PT. Additional presenters, judges and chart-topping musical acts will also be announced shortly.
According to inside sources, Lea Michele and the cast of GLEE may make an appearance at this Sunday's live broadcast of the 2013 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS on the FOX network.
Musician, actor and 2011 TEEN CHOICE Breakout Star Darren Criss and singer, actress and three-time TEEN CHOICE winner Lucy Hale are set to co-host TEEN CHOICE 2013, airing LIVE Sunday, Aug. 11 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.
Entertainment's brightest young stars among kids and tweens are scheduled to present at the Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMAs), a celebration of music's most popular young artists on Saturday, April 27 at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE. Selena Gomez, Bridgit Mendler ('Good Luck Charlie'), Denise Richards ('Twisted'), R&B artist Jason Derulo, Jessica Sanchez ('American Idol'), NASCAR Daytona 500 Champion Trevor Bayne, Zendaya ('Shake It Up,' 'Dancing with the Stars') and Bella Thorne ('Shake It Up') are among the presenters, and Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato and Ryan Seacrest will make special appearances.
At their third annual Hall of Game Awards on Saturday night, Cartoon Network counted the votes from the fans and awarded sports superstars and icons with the coveted GAME Award during a fun-filled evening which also included a special tribute to the stars of the 2012 Summer Olympic Games and Super Bowl champions the Baltimore Ravens.
