Tras su estreno en el auditorio FIBES de Sevilla y su paso por Jerez y La Coruña, el proximo 17 de mayo llega al Teatro Nuevo Apolo de Madrid la version en concierto sinfonico del musical de EL MEDICO, donde permanecera tan solo 4 dias antes de seguir con su gira en Granada.

La pelicula basada en el musical LA LLAMADA ha sido seleccionada para competir en el Palm Springs International Film Festival de California.

Surrounded by the songs that defined her career as a singer, the show goes through eight decades in which, the paths of Hebe and television history in Brazil are blended.

But being the theatrical fanatic that we (using either the editorial "we" or the royal "we"…just take your pick) are, we would like to humbly suggest you make your way to the theater in the next few days to get some artistic inspiration.

With so many new productions bowing this week (hence, the Friday 5 on Thursday), the spotlight shines first on Austin Olive and Amie Lara from the cast of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, directed by the talented Joshua Waldrep, and opening tonight at Pearl Cohn Comprehensive High School. It's the last production of the 2014-15 - that's the 65th year - season of Circle Players, the oldest community theatre troupe in Middle Tennessee.

It's been a busy spring in Tennessee and as we head into summer, you can rest assured that things are only going to get busier - and more interesting. Our advice? Hydrate yourself (drink plenty of water before heading out), dress comfortably (but tasteful) and head out for a night at the theater. Music City Theatre Company will present Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues at Vibe Entertainment Complex Thursday, February 12 through Saturday, February 14, with a 7:30 p.m. curtain each night.

ICElab - a showcase of radical new projects from emerging composers, commissioned, produced and performed by ICE (International Contemporary Ensemble) will feature works by Maria Stankova & Sasha Siem, Martin Hiendl & Monica Duncan and Daniel Dehaan & Felipe Lara.
