Goodspeed Musicals, the first two time Tony Award-winning theatre in the country, announced today that the wildly popular Hello, Dolly! has been extended and will now play to enthusiastic audiences for 12 additional performances. This beloved American musical will now run through September 14, 2013. Check out the photos below of some star-studded visitors!

Richmond CenterStage today announced the lineup for the third year of the annual U.S. Trust Life is a Cabaret! Series: A Celebration of the American Song Book, which will begin on October 17 with the first of four performances by Richmond's own Sharon Rae North in her CenterStage debut.

t's one of those old musicals with a few memorable tunes and a ridiculous plot that would find it difficult to stand on a modern stage otherwise, but solid performances anchored by Blackhurst make Goodspeed's production an enjoyable romp through turn-of-the-century New York. Goodspeed announced a week's extension to the run before it even had begun.

Goodspeed Musicals recently celebrated their 50th Anniversary by hosting a Golden Anniversary Spectacular Gala Event. Those in attendance included Rita Gardner, Andrea McArdle, Walter Charles, Daniel Plimpton, Louise Pitre, Ronn Carroll, Eli Baker, Michael Price, John Barlow, Charles Strouse, Martin Charnin and many more!
