Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College announces its 59th season of music, dance, theater, and family programming reflecting the multicultural diversity of Brooklyn. The outstanding line-up features performances from Jamaica, Russia, Canada, and China, as well as the United States, and includes both Brooklyn premieres and returning favorites.
The McCallum Theatre announced today its new lineup of world-class entertainment scheduled for the 2013-2014 season with Tony Award-winning musicals and plays, legendary performers, beloved singers, Desert favorites, and international artistry all part of a very full and exciting roster. Presenting New York Voices in a whole new way! After 22 years of touring collectively and in all their solo endeavors, Cooper Arts presents a truly unique glimpse into the musical minds of these four artists - two nights of the singers in their solo element, culminating with a New York Voices concert in the Great Hall at Cooper Union. What's more, before each show, they will be doing a Master Class, sharing their years of experience as educators and innovators.
