Amas Musical Theatre (Donna Trinkoff/Producing Artistic Director) announced the cast accompanying Forbidden Broadway's Gerard Alessandrini in the launch of the 'The Amas Musical Theatre Song Salon'. They include several Broadway and Forbidden Broadway veterans including: Cristina Bianco (2009 Drama Desk Nominee for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical-Forbidden Broadway: Goes to Rehab), Donna English (Lend Me A Tenor, Forbidden Broadway SVU: Special Victims Unit), Gina Kreiezmar (several Forbidden Broadways), and Kevin B. McGlynn (National tours of Kiss Me Kate and All Shook Up and several Forbidden Broadways).

Musical Mondays Theatre Lab has pushed the calendar one day ahead with their Tuneful Tuesdays series at the Jerry Orbach Theater in the Snapple Theater Center. The Musical Mondays' 2008-9 season is devoted to new work from the Tony Honored BMI -Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop.
