Good News Musical Theatre Fans! BroadwayWorld.com has confirmed Lincoln Center Theater's THE KING AND I, which features a cast led by Kelli O'Hara (as Anna Leonowens) and Ken Watanabe (as the King of Siam) will receive a cast recording this summer on the the Decca Broadway / Universal Music Classics label, produced by David Lai David Caddick and Bruce Pomahac. Of note, the the production features the musical's original 1951 orchestrations by Robert Russell Bennett with dance and incidental music arranged by Trude Rittmann. Music director Ted Sperling conducts a 29-piece orchestra which will be heard on the album as well.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents The Cast of SIDE SHOW Reunites in "ADDED ATTRACTIONS" on Monday, March 9. Actors and musicians from the recent Broadway revival of SIDE SHOW come back together to perform some favorites from the show, songs cut or never used and new arrangements of some familiar numbers.
The all-new Broadway cast recording of Side Show is on its way! The album will be released by Broadway Records on February 17, and will be available from Amazon and iTunes on February 24. Boasting Side Show's legendary and beloved score, which now includes new music, and featuring the acclaimed vocal performances of the Broadway cast, the new original Broadway cast recording of Side Show is produced by six-time Grammy Award winning producer Frank Filipetti.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. Broadway's Side Show will end its run at the St. James Theatre today, January 4, 2015. The completely reimagined revival began previews on October 28 and officially opened on November 17, 2014. Below, BroadwayWorld salutes the revival with a special flashback of the show's road to Broadway!
The critically-lauded, dazzling new production of Side Show will be recorded for posterity on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 for the Lincoln Center Library was announced today. It was previously announced that Side Show will play its final performance on January 4th, 2014.
Broadway's Side Show will end its run at the St. James Theatre on Sunday, January 4, 2015, the show's producers announced today. Discussions are currently underway for Side Show to make its London debut.
