With a new leadership team of Gregory Doran, Artistic Director, and Catherine Mallyon, Executive Director, at the helm, the Royal Shakespeare Company returns to New York this spring with two productions, Julius Caesar and Matilda The Musical. Both began their lives at the RSC's Stratford-upon-Avon home and reflect the Company's continuing commitment to Shakespeare and the work of contemporary playwrights and theatre artists, as it celebrates one hundred years of touring work from Shakespeare's birthplace to the US.

Winner of the 2011 Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical, Roundabout Theatre Company's Anything Goes sails direct from Broadway under the direction of Kathleen Marshall, who won the 2011 Tony Award for Best Choreography. The production features music and lyrics by Cole Porter; original book by P.G. Wodehouse & Guy Bolton and Howard Lindsay & Russel Crouse; and new book by Timothy Crouse and John Weidman. Tickets go on public sale on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. Press opening night is Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 7:30 p.m.

The television spot, which previews the sound, color, and attitude of one of the season's most highly anticipated musicals, was recognized for excellence in Entertainment, Art Direction and Use of Music. Battersea's acclaimed new writing venue Theatre503 has announced the appointment of RSC Deputy Artistic Director Erica Whyman as Chair of Theatre503's Board. Erica succeeds Emma Stenning, who steps down after four years, and will work closely with Artistic Director Paul Robinson and Executive Director Jeremy Woodhouse.

According to the Telegraph, the West End hit musical version of Roald Dahl's Matilda is undergoing some last-minute changes before it opens on Broadway in April. After several previews, some of the lyrics are being revised for American audiences.

Theatre503's Artistic Director Paul Robinson has announced the cast for the venue's first Second Look production, Simon Donald's Evening Standard Award-winning play The Life of Stuff. Gregory Finnegan (Deceit at the Arcola and The Rat Trap at the Finborough) will play small-time crook Willie Dobie, Cameron Jack (South Pacific, Barbican) will play Arbogast and Ben Adams (Men Should Weep, National Theatre) will play Sneddon. The Life of Stuff runs at Theatre503, above the Latchmere Pub in Battersea between 10 April and 4 May.

Broadway In Chicago has announced that individual tickets for the Roundabout Theatre Company's national tour of ANYTHING GOES will go on-sale to the public Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 at 10 a.m. ANYTHING GOES will play the Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 West Randolph) for a limited engagement April 23 - May 5, 2013.
