A partnership between a leading London-based theatre production company and one of Manchester's newest arts venues have announced a hat-trick of shows for 2017.

The From Page to Stage season of new musical theatre announces casting and creative details for its four showcases including Lin-Manuel Miranda's 21 Chump Street

Andrew Lloyd Webber today announces plans for The Other Palace, the newest addition to The Really Useful Theatres Group. The Other Palace is situated less than 100 yards from Buckingham Palace and close to the Victoria Palace, hence its name.

The From Page to Stage season of new musical theatre has announced the casting for its three semi-staged readings: Whatsonstage Award nominee Beverley Klein (Platonov, Ivanov, National Theatre; Candide; ENO), Ian Reddington (EastEnders; Coronation Street), Gerard McCarthy (Beautiful Thing; Hollyoaks), Jodie Jacobs (Rock of Ages, Shafetsbury Theatre; Legally Blonde, Kilworth House) and Union J's Jaymi Hensley are all taking part in the season at Tristan Bates Theatre this autumn.

The UK premiere of Lizzie, a brand new gothic rock musical comes to Greenwich Theatre next year following a run at Frederica Teater, Denmark in January 2017.

?The long-awaited revival of the hit musical Parade at Manchester's new fringe theatre is now open to rave reviews at Hope Mill Theatre. The producers have also announced that the production is to be extended for an extra week by popular demand and will now run until Saturday 11th June.

From Page to Stage is a season of musical theatre dedicated to showcasing new musical work in development to an audience, to gain feedback and create new opportunities for the artists involved. Now in its fourth year, and following its most successful season to date in 2015 at the Tristan Bates Theatre, Aria Entertainment is inviting applications for the 2016 season dedicated to showcasing new British musical work in development. The citizens of Tromaville are crying out for a hero - enter Melvin Ferd the Third, an aspiring earth scientist determined to clean up the toxic waste problem. But when a corrupt Mayor and her government goons try to stop this heroic feat, Melvin is tossed into a vat of toxic waste and transformed into The Toxic Avenger, New Jersey's first superhero! 

A national London-based arts producer and Manchester's newest theatre have announced a major collaboration which will put the venue on the arts map in the North of England. Aria Entertainment has joined forces with Hope Mill Theatre in Ancoats to spearhead the venue as a platform to showcase and revive musical theatre.
