Porchlight Music Theatre and Artistic Director Michael Weber are proud to announce the second production in its 2017 2018 season of Chicago's hit musical revue series, New Faces Sing Broadway 1959, hosted by Gene Weygandt, directed by Adrian Abel Azevedo with music direction by David Fiorello, Monday, Feb. 26 at Skokie Theatre, 7924 Lincoln Ave in Skokie at 7:30 p.m. In tribute to the original New Faces series that ran on Broadway and on film from 1934 1968, Porchlight Music Theatre created the Chicago musical revue series, New Faces Sing Broadway as a showcase for the best emerging music talent now performing on Chicago stages.
Blank Theatre Company announces a casting change to their concert production of Songs for a New World. Blank welcomes Katherine Bourne to the cast. Kyrie Courter has left the concert due to scheduling conflicts. Ms. Bourne and Ms. Courter are both currently appearing in Marie Christine at Boho Theatre.

Shakespeare in the Bar is proud to announce a new leadership team of artists which will allow the group to continue producing work in the years ahead. Co-founders Katherine Bourne and Dylan Key are thrilled to announce that Kevin Butler, Jeffrey Colangelo, Janielle Kastner, Marcus Stimac, and Katy Tye will take over as producers of Shakespeare in the Bar. Bourne and Key are departing to pursue opportunities in Chicago and San Diego respectively, but will continue to be involved in an advisory capacity.
