AMC today announced that it has greenlit a new anthology drama series called THE TERROR, an adaption of the bestselling novel by Dan Simmons. Scott Free, Emjag Productions and Entertainment 360 are producing the series in association with AMC Studios.
Tina Fey portrays a journalist adjusting to Afghanistan in the comedy “Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.” She tells TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie that “it’s not a broad comedy; it’s a very human story about people who get addicted to this adrenaline lifestyle.”

The Public Theater announced today that David Hare's PLENTY will receuve its first major New York revival as part of The Public's 2016-17 season. Directed by five-time Tony Award nominee David Leveaux and featuring Academy and Olivier Award winner Rachel Weisz, the award-winning post-World War II drama about a former secret agent first premiered at The Public in 1982 and then transferred to Broadway in 1983 to receive a Tony nomination for Best Play.
