Fall Out Boy, Little Big Town, NE-YO and Pentatonix are just a handful of music's biggest superstars who'll take to the stage during THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF DISNEY: DISNEYLAND 60.

ABC announced today that a star-studded line-up of music, film and television personalities will participate in the festivities on “The Wonderful World of Disney: Disneyland 60.”

It's an exciting episode of MODERN FAMILY this week — and this one takes the “modern” to a whole new level.
