I first saw Rachel York onstage in Kiss Me Kate and was astounded by her fierce acting style. She devoured the role of Kate and was consistently mesmerizing. I also saw her on DVD in a live tape performance of Victor/Victoria and was equally taken by her dazzling presence and comedic flair.

Windham Theatre Guild Adds Extra "Princess Parade" to Cinderella Performance 7/26

After a stunning weekend of sold out performances, the Windham Theatre Guild has decided to add the opportunity for all the young Princesses (and we had some Princes) to attend the next matinee performance of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella: Enchanted Edition on Sunday, July 26th at 2pm. All Princesses and Princes in attendence will receive a Certificate of Royalty, will parade on the Cinderella stage at intermission and will have the opportunity to meet and greet all of the cast members after the show.

Sony Masterworks proudly presented the recent release of the New Broadway Cast Recording of WEST SIDE STORY. The recording became available nationwide on June 2, 2009. The official opening of WEST SIDE STORY, which took place at the Palace Theatre in New York City on Thursday, March 19, 2009, has been greeted with great critical acclaim and sold-out performances. The opening followed a pre-Broadway engagement at the National Theatre in Washington, D.C., where the musical made its original world premiere in 1957.
