The critically acclaimed New York, Off-Broadway hit musical Inside Out will celebrate its 20-year anniversary at the Grove Theatre Center in Burbank, CA February 12th - March 22nd, it was announced today by Kritzerland Entertainment and PlayWorks Music. Veteran TV/Film/Theatre/Actor/ Author/Performer/Playwright and CEO of Kritzerland Records Bruce Kimmel has been set to direct the musical by Doug Haverty (book and lyrics) and Adryan Russ (lyrics and music). An all-star female ensemble/cast of six features Sandy Bainum, Cynthia Ferrer, Stephanie Fredricks, Dana Meller, Leslie Stevens and Adrienne Visnic. Preview performances are February 12th and 13th with the show's official opening scheduled for February 14th.
Classic Stage Company, under the leadership of Artistic Director Brian Kulick, Managing Director Jeff Griffin and Executive Director Greg Reiner, announced today that its production of Ivan Turgenev's A MONTH IN THE COUNTRY, starring Peter Dinklage and Taylor Schilling, will extend through Saturday, February 28 at CSC (136 East 13th Street). The production had been schedules to close February 22. Directed by Erica Schmidt, the cast also includes Peter Appel, Ian Etheridge, Anthony Edwards, Mike Faist, Elizabeth Franz, James Joseph O'Neil, Elizabeth Ramos, Thomas Jay Ryan, Annabella Sciorra, Frank Van Putten, Megan West and Kate Wetherhead.

The Public Theater began performances for the 11th annual UNDER THE RADAR FESTIVAL yesterday, January 7. BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Roger Rees, Tom Nelis and Michelle Veintimilla will join Chita Rivera in John Kander and Fred Ebb's The Visit, which is expected to arrive on Broadway this spring. Now in its 16th season, Lincoln Center's acclaimed series American Songbook will continue to expand its scope in celebrating the best in American singing and songwriting, beginning with a free opening night concert in the David Rubenstein Atrium on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Live From Lincoln Center, the Emmy Award-winning program broadcast nationally on PBS stations, will shoot two of the first week's concerts by Broadway stars Norm Lewis and Billy Porter in The Appel Room. These performances will be broadcast nationally in the Spring of 2015.
