Museum of the Moving Image, in collaboration with DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (Nasdaq: DWA), will present The Art of Rise of the Guardians, an entertaining and revelatory exhibition of behind-the-scenes production design materials, including original artwork, and video sequences that trace the creative process and craftsmanship behind the studio's remarkable new film, which arrives in theaters on November 21. On view from November 10, 2012, through March 3, 2013, the exhibition explores the unique collaborative process involving artists, designers, writers, and an enormous filmmaking team. An extensive retrospective of DreamWorks Animation films, including the franchise properties of Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, and Madagascar along with the studio's first CGI film, Antz, will accompany the exhibition throughout its run.
GPR Records (Glen Roven, Peter Fitzgerald, Richard Cohen, artistic directors) will release a children's CD of Catherine Zeta-Jones narrating The Runaway Bunny, based on the best selling children's classic by Margaret Wise Brown. Michael Douglas narrates everyone's favorite elephant - The Story of Babar - The Little Elephant, a 1931 classic written by Jean de Brunhoff. Also on the CD will be English Baritone Mark Stone singing Goodnight Moon also by Margaret Wise Brown. Samantha Barks, star of the upcoming film LES MISERABLES, is one of six young actors who will be honored with the 'Hollywood Spotlight Award' at this year's Hollywood Film Awards gala ceremony to be held October 22 at the Beverly Hilton. Barks is set to play Eponine in the film version of Les Miserables - the role she played at the 25th anniversary concert.
DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. today announced that acclaimed soprano Renee Fleming has performed the original song 'Still Dream' on the soundtrack for the upcoming Rise of the Guardians, which also features a score by Four-Time Academy Award nominated and Grammy Award winning composer Alexandre Desplat. Varese Sarabande will release the soundtrack on November 13, preceding the film's nationwide release on November 21.

The American Film Institute's annual festival announced the line up for its Centerpiece Galas today. Also included will be the world premiere of HITCHCOCK, starring Anthony Hopkins in the title role.
The world premiere of Tony Award winning playwright Richard Greenberg's new play, Truman Capote's Breakfast at Tiffany's, will begin performances at a Shubert theater on Broadway in February 2013. This stage adaption of Capote's classic novella will star Emilia Clarke (HBO's "Game of Thrones") in the iconic role of 'Holly Golightly' and will be directed by Sean Mathias.
