Butz, Tveit, Butler & Wopat Set for CATCH ME IF YOU CAN; Cast Announced

Today, lead producers Margo Lion and Hal Luftig announced the complete cast for the new Broadway musical CATCH ME IF YOU CAN. Tony Award winner Norbert Leo Butz will star as Carl Hanratty and Aaron Tveit will star as Frank Abagnale, Jr. alongside Tony Nominee Tom Wopat as Frank Abagnale, Sr. and Tony Nominee Kerry Butler as Brenda Strong. CATCH ME IF YOU CAN will open on Broadway on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at The Neil Simon Theatre, 250 W. 52nd Street. This new musical, created by a team of Tony winners, features a book by Terrence McNally, music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Marc Shaiman, choreography by Jerry Mitchell and is directed by Jack O'Brien. Previews begin March 7, 2011.

Lyceum Theatre Closes 50th Season with NUNCRACKERS: THE NUNSENSE CHRISTMAS MUSICAL 11/13-11/21

The Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre's 50th Anniversary Season comes to a festive close with the return of everyone's favorite Sisters of Hoboken in NUNCRACKERS: THE NUNSENSE CHRISTMAS MUSICAL November 13th-21st. The Sisters of Hoboken have turned the convent basement into a TV studio and are producing their first ever Christmas Special for cable access. This hilarious musical is filled with singing and dancing nuns, a very unique rendition of the Nutcracker as well a host of hilarious new songs.

Burning Coal Presents CROWNS, 12/2-19

Burning Coal Theatre Company, a small professional theatre based in Raleigh, North Carolina announces its upcoming production of Crowns by Regina Taylor, directed by Rebecca Holderness. The production will run December 2 - 19, 2010 at the Murphey School, 224 Polk Street, Raleigh. Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $20 or $15 for students, seniors and active military. Thursday night tickets are $10 apiece. Student rush tickets are available at every performance for $5 apiece, availability pending.
