Science Channel to Air Five Seasons of FRINGE, Beg. 11/20

Science Channel invites viewers to join FBI Special Agent Olivia Dunham, eccentric scientist Dr. Walter Bishop and his estranged son Peter as they investigate the universe of the paranormal and science of the unexplained on the breakthrough series FRINGE.

Final Season of FRINGE to Conclude with Two-Hour Finale, 1/18

As the Fringe team fights for humanity's future in the fifth and final season, the imaginative journey toward the end of the acclaimed series will culminate in a climactic conclusion during the two-hour final-two-episodes event Friday, Jan. 18 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. This milestone date will also celebrate the series' 100th episode.

IFC Films Acquires INESCAPABLE Starring Siddig, Jackson and Tomei

IFC Films has acquired from Myriad Pictures the U.S. distribution rights to Director/Writer Ruba Nadda's (Cario Time) thriller Inescapable, which premiered as a Gala Presentation at the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival. The film stars Alexander Siddig (Cario Time, Kingdom of Heaven), Joshua Jackson (Lay the Favorite, "Fringe") and Marisa Tomei (Crazy, Stupid Love., The Wrestler, My Cousin Vinny). Thefilm was produced by Daniel Iron (Citizen Gangster, Cairo Time, Away From Her, The Bang Bang Club, The Red Violin) and Lance Samuels (The Bang Bang Club). Christine Vachon (Boys Don't Cry, Far From Heaven), of Killer Films, Kirk D'Amico (Margin Call, The Good Girl) of Myriad Pictures and Mark Slone of Alliance Films serve as Executive Producers. Alliance Films is distributing Inescapable in Canada.

Busy Phillipps to Guest Star on ABC's 'APARTMENT 23'

TVGuide.com reports that Busy Phillipps will guest star on the second season premiere of the ABC comedy DON'T TRUST THE B---- IN APARTMENT 23. The episode will mark a reunion between the actress and her 'Dawsen Creek' co-star James van der Beek.

FOX's FRINGE to Conclude In Three-Part Finale

In an interview with Collider, FRINGE executive Joel Wyman revealed that the supernatural FOX series will end its run with a three-part finale. 'I am writing and directing it, so I know exactly what it is,' he explained.

Science Channel Acquires Off-Network Syndication Rights for FRINGE

SCIENCE today announced that the network has acquired the off-network syndication rights to FRINGE, the acclaimed dramatic series from creators J.J. Abrams (Lost, the Star Trek and Mission: Impossible movies), Alex Kurtzman (Star Trek, Transformers) and Roberto Orci (Star Trek, Transformers), and executive producers Jeff Pinkner (Alias, Lost), J.H. Wyman (The Mexican, Keen Eddie) and Bryan Burk (Lost, Alias, Star Trek, Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol). The agreement with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution grants the network the rights to the four existing seasons of the series as well as the upcoming fifth season which debuts on FOX this fall (Fridays 9/8c), as well as behind-the-scenes features and unseen bonus footage. FRINGE will begin airing on SCIENCE in the fourth quarter of 2012.
