VH1 has given the greenlight to a one-hour scripted series inspired by Star Jones' 2011 book SATAN'S SISTERS.

USA Network is set to continue its track record of highly-rated and award-winning original series for the 2014-2015 television season.

All will finally be revealed in the final season of Lifetime's critically-acclaimed hit series Drop Dead Diva (#DropDeadDiva), premiering Sunday, March 23, at 9pm ET/PT with a special two-hour premiere.

The Hollywood Reporter writes that Lifetime has renewed DROP DEAD DIVA for a sixth season. 13 new episodes will air in 2014. The news comes after the drama was briefly cancelled after its fourth season, then reinstated after the network settled its budget with Sony Pictures Television.

Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen have taken a minority stake in BeachMint, the Santa Monica based e-commerce company and signed on to be cochairs of its advisory board. The stylish twins will have both creative and consulting roles that extend their existing roles with StyleMint where they began as designers and partners in 2011, as well as ShoeMint and IntiMint.

Lifetime announced today that the network's shows will hold a series of conversations on Facebook, where stars of its programs will hold live Q&A features to interact directly with fans and viewers via the social media platform.

Lifetime's fan favorite and critically-acclaimed series Drop Dead Diva, which follows a shallow wannabe model that suddenly dies in an accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, plus-sized recently deceased attorney, is back by popular demand for a fifth season with 13 all-new episodes set to debut on Sunday, June 23, at 9pm ET/PT. Immediately following Drop Dead Diva's return, Lifetime will premiere its new drama Devious Maids.

FOX's medical drama The Mob Doctor - based on Ron Felber's novel 'Il Dottore: The Double Life of a Mafia Doctor' - will arrive on DVD March 12th when Sony Pictures Home Entertainment releases THE MOB DOCTOR: THE COMPLETE SERIES.
