Comedy Central Renews KEY & PEELE, BRICKLEBERRY and DRUNK HISTORY

Fresh off a strong launch to its fall season, Comedy Central keeps the good news rolling in as the #1 brand in comedy has renewed three hit series, 'Key & Peele,' 'Brickleberry' and 'Drunk History,' it was announced today by Kent Alterman, President, Content Development and Original Programming, COMEDY CENTRAL. 'Key & Peele' receives a fourth season renewal and is executive produced by Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Ian Roberts, Jay Martel and Joel Zadak. 'Brickleberry' receives a third season renewal and is produced by Fox 21 and executive produced by Daniel Tosh, Waco O'Guin and Roger Black. 'Drunk History' receives a second season renewal and is executive produced by Derek Waters, Jeremy Konner, along with Gary Sanchez Productions' Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, Chris Henchy and Owen Burke. All three new seasons will premiere in 2014.

The Television Critics Association (TCA) last night, August 3rd, recognized the top programs and actors of the 2012-2013 television season at its 29th Annual TCA Awards presentation. Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele, stars of Comedy Central's hit series “Key & Peele,” hosted the annual invitation-only event, held at the Beverly Hilton hotel in conjunction with the TCA's summer press tour. The non-televised ceremony bestowed awards in 12 categories to recipients in comedy, drama, reality, miniseries, news and youth programming. See the full list below!

COMEDY CENTRAL will descend upon San Diego Comic-Con with a multitude of awesome events. The schedule includes panels from “Workaholics” on Thursday, July 18 from 2:00-3:00 p.m., Ubisoft's “South Park: The Stick of Truth” videogame on Thursday, July 18 from 6:00-7:00 p.m., “Brickleberry” on Friday, July 19 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and “Futurama” on Saturday, July 20 from 12:00-12:45 p.m. On Thursday, July 18 “Workaholics” will be holding press interviews from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the Hilton Bayfront in Indigo 202A and an autograph signing from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the Convention Center at the Sails Pavilion at table AA04.

This morning it announced that Comedy Central's Key & Peele stars Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele will co-host the 29th Annual Television Critics Association Awards. The event will take place on Saturday, Aug. 3 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
