The Blank Theatre Company (Daniel Henning, Founding Artistic Director) has announced the final production of its 20th anniversary season, the West Coast premiere of The Temperamentals by Jon Marans.
Bristol Riverside Theatre presents a reading of Jon Maran's newest play Raw Space at the next America Rising program on March 28. Directed by the playwright Jon Marans, who recently directed his critically acclaimed production of Old Wicked Songs at Bristol Riverside Theatre in November, Raw Space replaces the previously-scheduled reading of Lay The Voodoo Down by Keith Glover. The America Rising program, beginning at 5:00 PM with a light supper with the reading at 6:00 PM, take place at Bristol Riverside Theatre located at 120 Radcliffe Street in Bristol, PA.

Henry Wishcamper, originally announced to direct Rafta, Rafta..., will helm the summer season's West Coast premiere of John Morogiello's comedy of manners, Engaging Shaw.

Producer Daryl Roth announces that following a sold out developmental run last spring, THE DIVINE SISTER, the new comedy written by and starring Charles Busch, directed by Carl Andress, will transfer to the SoHo Playhouse (15 Vandam Street) featuring the entire original company: Alison Fraser, Amy Rutberg, Jennifer Van Dyck, Jonathan Walker, and Julie Halston.
Uptown Players, a professional theater group located in the Uptown area of Dallas, has announced its 2011 season, which will feature the regional premieres of Young Man From Atlanta, The Temperamentals, and an exciting musical to be named later, as well as the musical comedy Victor/Victoria at the Kalita Humphreys Theater. Davis ('Mass Appeal') with David Morse and Julia Stiles at The Clurman Theatre (Theatre Row). It will be directed by Jonathan Silverstein, the director of this seasons 'The Temperamentals.' and 'I Never Sang For My Father.' The production is planned for next season. Mr. Shane is the original producer of the critically acclaimed and award-winning new American play, 'The Tempermanetals.'
