Southern Rep Theatre is pleased to announce a bold new Mainstage Season full of passion, politics, spirit, sex and satire. Four exceptionally vibrant productions will investigate the voices and histories of an eclectic cast of characters as they grapple with universal issues of love, truth, salvation and self. Featuring a Broadway play, an unforgettable classic, a world-premiere comedy, and the last masterwork of a Louisiana legend, this multifaceted Mainstage Season will challenge and delight audiences as it sheds new light on the colorful spectrum of the human experience.

Evans, announces the final two selections of the 2013-14 season: the Midwest Premiere of Detroit '67, directed by Ron OJ Parson and Jon Jory's acclaimed adaptation of Henry Fielding's Tom Jones, directed by William Brown.

The four-week festival, consisting of 94 performances and other programming, will be held July 5 - 28 on the Shepherd University campus in Shepherdstown, WV.

Bristol Riverside Theatre announces its mainstage 2013-2014 season including two comedies, two adaptations and a one-man show. The new season features the Philadelphia area premiere of Steve Solomon in My Mother's Italian, My Father's Jewish & I'm STILL in Therapy, Pride and Prejudice by Jon Jory, Tuesdays with Morrie by Jeffrey Hatcher and Mitch Albom, Laughter on the 23rd Floor by Neil Simon, and Little Shop of Horrors by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman.

This now-funny, now-serious show--about the ups and downs of love and relationships--is directed by BC senior Theatre major Hana Hyseni and was written by the pseudonymous Jane Martin. The production will be presented in BC's Robsham Theater Arts Center, in the Bonn Studio Theater, from tonight, February 21-23, 2013.

It's a compelling and engaging presentation that utilizes a single set to tell its tale, and there are a number of noteworthy performers gracing the stage. All in all, this literary classic is well served by an excellent cast and sharp production.
