One of Cleveland's most popular musicals, WICKED, will return to PlayhouseSquare November 18 - December 13, 2009 as part of the U.S. Bank Star Performance Series at PlayhouseSquare. Tickets for the return engagement go on sale to the public Friday, August 21.
During the week of Thanksgiving, Wicked set the record for the highest grossing week in Broadway history. Last week, it broke its own record when it took in $2.09 million over the Christmas holiday.

Director Gregory Mosher will make his long awaited return to the Broadway stage with his revival of A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE starring Scarlett Johansson and Liev Schrieber - after 17 years. Beginning performances Tuesday, January 12, KATIE ROSE CLARKE will assume the role of Glinda in the Broadway production of WICKED. Also beginning performances on January 12 is Jenny Fellner, who will play the role of Nessarose. They join a cast which includes Dee Roscioli as Elphaba, Tony Award-winner Rondi Reed as Madame Morrible, P.J. Benjamin as The Wizard, Kevin Kern as Fiyero, Alex Brightman as Boq and Timothy Britten Parker as Dr. Dillamond.
