Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater has announced its 30th anniversary season: a world premiere comedy; a play that helped launch Julie Harris' career; a new social comedy with music; and a rarely-produced Tennessee Williams comedy in collaboration with the Provincetown Tennessee Williams Festival. As our Elliot Norton Award proclaims, we're known for 'Establishing a Beachhead for Serious Theatre on Cape Cod.' This year will continue that tradition.

Most of ESP's recent outings have been stories written directly for the stage. For our January 2014 reading (the last to be held at our beloved NSCC before we move to ACT), we turn to a master playwright's take on (apparently) undramatic material - John Van Druten's adaptation of Christopher Isherwood's Berlin Stories, I Am a Camera.

Transport Group, the Drama Desk and OBIE award-winning theatre company, has announced complete casting for the upcoming revival of Almost, Maine, written by John Cariani and directed by Jack Cummings III. Alongside playwright Cariani who will play one of the roles, Almost, Maine will feature Donna Lynne Champlin, Kevin Isola, and Kelly McAndrew. Previews begin Tuesday, January 21 at the Gym at Judson, 243 Thompson Street at West 4 Street. Opening night is set forTuesday, February 4. Almost, Maine is scheduled to run through Sunday, February 23.

Mint Theater today announced the cast for their next production, London Wall by John Van Druten: Julia Coffey, Katie Gibson, Matthew Gumley, Jonathan Hogan, Laurie Kennedy, Elise Kibler, Stephen Plunkett, Christopher Sears, and Alex Trow.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) just announced the full cast of Sam Mendes and Rob Marshall's production of Cabaret. The Tony winning musical by Joe Masteroff, John Kander and Fred Ebb will star Alan Cumming in his Tony Award-winning role as Emcee, three time Academy Award nominee Michelle Williams making her Broadway debut as Sally Bowles. The cast will also feature two time Tony nominee Linda Emond as Fraulein Schneider, four time Tony nominee Danny Burstein as Herr Schultz, Bill Heck as Cliff, Aaron Krohn as Ernst and Gayle Rankin as Fraulein Kost.

J. B. Priestley's 1938 farcical comedy, set in 1908, is about three couples who married on the same day in the same church, who learn on their twenty-fifth anniversaries that they aren't legally married at all, sending them into a tizzy of spousal re-evaluation. The play is full of funny lines, and is a first-rate screwball comedy - but this hilarious Yorkshire farce has more going on in it than this premise would indicate, because, after all, this is a play by J. B. Priestley!

Today, December 3rd at 12 noon, friends and colleagues gathered in celebration of Tony-winning actress Julie Harris at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre on 242 West 45th Street. Among those at the celebration were Zoe Caldwell, RoseMary Harris, Cherry Jones, Joan van Ark?, HAl Holbrook and Christopher Plummer.

There will be a memorial celebration of the actress, Julie Harris, today, Dec. 3rd, starting at 12 noon at the earnard B. Jacobs Theatre on 242 West 45th Street. Among her friends gathering to celebrate Miss Harris will be Zoe Caldwell, RoseMary Harris, Cherry Jones, HAl Holbrook and Christopher Plummer. The public is welcome.

Musical direction is provided by Joe Bousard, and accompaniment includes Scott Hay on drums, Joe Bousard on piano and Diana Thompson on woodwinds, with choreography by Tina Khalil.

The musical theatre treasure CABARET kicks off the Marriott Theatre's 2014 season with previews January 15, opening January 22 and running through March 16 at 10 Marriott Drive, Lincolnshire. CABARET is Kander and Ebb's legendary musical about English cabaret performer Sally Bowles, American writer Clifford Bradshaw, and the decadence of 1929 Berlin. The production will be directed by David H. Bell with choreography by Matt Raftery and Musical Direction by Ryan T. Nelson.

St. James Theatre & Barry Satchwell-Smith have just announced that one of Britain's most popular musical stars, Marti Webb, will perform the original production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Don Black's classic Tell Me On a Sunday from 7-12 January 2014. Tickets go on sale on Friday 22 November. Press night is on 8 January 2014.

Roundabout Theatre Company hosts a box office opening celebration at Broadway's Studio 54 beginning today at 12PM, with tickets on sale to the general public. Ticket buyers and fans of Cabaret are invited to Studio 54 for the festivities.

Directed by Larry Simmons and oroduced by Maureen Rogers by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service Inc., performances run weekends through October 27, 2013, with Friday and Saturday evening performances at 8 p.m. with Sunday and matinees on October 20 and 27 at 2pm.

organ Sills, Executive Producer and Daniel Haley, Artistic Director at Judson Theatre Company, have announced that the final show for the 2013 season will be John Van Druten's magical romantic comedy, Bell, Book and Candle. The production will run from Thursday, Nov. 7 through Sunday, Nov. 10 at Owens Auditorium at Sandhills Community College, located at 3395 Airport Road in Pinehurst.
