The New-York Historical Society is offering a large and diverse selection of activities in January 2013 designed for families to enjoy the holiday spirit together and make history come alive. TNT's Leverage has thrilled audiences with its delightfully intricate plots, its 'stand up for the little guy' attitude and its terrific performances from stars Timothy Hutton, Gina Bellman, Christian Kane, Beth Riesgraf and Aldis Hodge. But after five wonderful years, it's time to say goodbye. Leverage will come to a close on Christmas, Tuesday, Dec. 25, at 10 p.m. (ET/PT), with a series finale that stands as one of the show's best episodes.

Dean Devlin, executive producer and director of the TNT drama series LEVERAGE took to the show's fan site yesterday to reveal that due to the uncertainty of the show's future, Season 5 will be written as 'the series finale we had always envisioned.' The season will end on December 25th.

ION Television continues to expand its programming line-up with high-quality content with the acquisition of the popular TNT drama series, 'Leverage' from Electric Entertainment.

TNT has renewed its fast-paced, light-hearted caper drama Leverage for a fifth season, just as the fourth season is shaping up to score the show's biggest ratings yet. TNT has ordered 15 episodes of Leverage, with the fifth season slated to launch in summer 2012. The series - which centers on a gang of grifters, hackers and thieves out to settle scores against the rich and powerful - currently airs Sunday nights at 9 p.m. (ET/PT). After the show's Aug. 28 summer finale, Leverage will return to wrap up its fourth season with new episodes in November and December.

The New York Historical Society Announces the following public programs and exhibitions for April 2011

USA Network announces today a power lineup of winter originals, anchored by a Thursday night block of the network's newest series FAIRLY LEGAL (fka FACING KATE) on Thursday, January 20 at 10/9c with the return of sophomore sensation ROYAL PAINS as its lead in at 9/8c. Critically acclaimed WHITE COLLAR returns to the roster with all-new episodes on Tuesday, January 18 at 10/9c.

TNT has ordered new seasons of three of the network's hit series. The Closer, which continues to rank as ad-supported cable's #1 series of all time, will return for its seventh season. Rizzoli & Isles, which currently ranks as cable's #1 new series for the year-to-date, will return for a second season. Leverage, which is performing exceptionally well in its new Sunday timeslot, will be back for a fourth season. TNT has ordered 15 episodes each of The Closer and Leverage, along with 13 episodes of Rizzoli & Isles, with all three slated to start their new seasons in 2011.
