SILENCE! The Musical will end its-month run Sunday evening, December 30th at the Elektra Theatre. The production will have played a total of 447 performances and eight previews. Originally announced as a strictly limited engagement through August 13, 2011, SILENCE! was extended numerous times by popular demand and transferred theatres twice, ultimately landing at the new Elektra Theatre in the heart of Times Square, which was constructed especially for the show. SILENCE! opened at Theatre 80 on July 9, 2011 to unanimous rave reviews and spawned a highly successful L.A. production starring Davis Gaines and Christine Lakin.

At a press conference held at Barrington Stage Company's St. Germain Stage, Artistic Director Julianne Boyd announced the 2013 season of musicals and plays that will take place in downtown Pittsfield in the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage and St. Germain Stage (formerly Stage 2) venues in 2013. Single tickets will go on sale March 1, 2013. This Off-Broadway limited engagement at Theater Three (311 West 43rd Street) began December 1st and has been extended to January 13th. The show runs 100 minutes without an intermission.
