SONDHEIM ORIGINALS: OLD FRIENDS Set for 54 Below This Weekend

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Broadway favorites Ann Morrison ('Merrily We Roll Along'), Pamela Myers ('Company') & Chip Zien ('Into The Woods') in 'SONDHEIM ORIGINALS - OLD FRIENDS' this weekend, January 16 & 17, 2015. These three original Sondheim cast members share songs and stories, recalling their experiences creating their roles in these landmark musicals on Broadway. The show is conceived and directed by Grammy and Emmy Award winner, John McDaniel, as part of his second season as artistic director of the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's Cabaret and Performance conference.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestra's begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven- o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Tony Winner Billy Porter to Perform at Feinstein's at the Nikko, 1/30-2/1

Hotel Nikko San Francisco and Michael Feinstein are honored to welcome Tony and Grammy Award-winning singer, composer, actor, playwright and director Billy Porter to Feinstein's at the Nikko for three performances only - Friday, January 30 (8 p.m.); Saturday, January 31 (7 p.m.) and Sunday, February 1 (7 p.m.). Porter will perform songs from his new critically acclaimed album, "Billy's Back on Broadway," as well some of his other favorites!

Producers Rick Murray and Matthew Lombardo have announced their 2015 Broadway Series in Provincetown, Massachusetts at The Crown and Anchor's Paramount Theatre and Town Hall Auditorium. Tickets are now on sale for the Series, in which an impressive list of Oscar, Tony, and Grammy Award-winning stars will be making their Provincetown debuts. Expanding on last summer's sold out season, the 2015 Broadway Series will include the talents of Barbara Cook, Jennifer Holliday, Shirley Jones, Jeremy Jordan, Linda Lavin, Bernadette Peters, and Billy Porter.

Eden Espinosa Sounds Off on the 'Toxicity' of Social Media

Eden Espinosa has decided to speak out about social media behavior and respect. In a recent Tumblr post entitled 'It's All About Respect,' the Broadway veteran said that while she is grateful for how much easier self-promotion has become with social media, she also said she does not approve of how people utilize the tool.

MR. MAGOO'S CHRISTMAS CAROL, benefitting the The Actors Fund, was held last night, December 15, 2014 at 7:30 pm at The Gerald W. Lynch Theatre at John Jay College. Klea Blackhurst (Radio Gals), Janet Dacal (Wonderland, In the Heights) and Tony Award nominee Tony Sheldon (Priscilla Queen of the Desert) were a part of the star studded cast that featured Tony Award nominee Douglas Sills (The Scarlet Pimpernel, Little Shop of Horrors) in the title role.

Under the masterful musical direction of John McDaniel, this quintessential quartet delivered well beyond my already high expectations and to say the evening was "memorable" would be nothing short of an understatement.
