Big Apple Circus rings in the New Year with a Special New Year's Eve Performance of THE GRAND TOUR on December 31, 2015 at 9:30pm.

Big Apple Circus hosted its annual Holiday Season Family Benefit, a special event that raises funds for the nonprofit performing arts institution's community programs, on Saturday, November 21, 2015 under the Big Top in Damrosch Park at Lincoln Center (62nd Street between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues), and featured comedian Jim Gaffigan as Guest Ringmaster. The event was attended by 1,100 audience members and raised more than $420,000 to support the company's community programs. Scroll down for photos!

Jeffrey Hatcher's stage adaptation of the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel A CONFERERACY OF DUNCES, now in its world premiere at the Huntington Theatre Company in Boston, feels like a lost opportunity. Much like its obnoxious and oversized central character Ignatius J. Reilly, a slovenly, unemployed 30-year-old still living with and supported by his sweetly doting mother, the play is a lumbering behemoth that is often equal parts boring and boorish.

On Tuesday, the Huntington Theatre Company's production of A CONFEDERACY OF DUNCES became the second highest-grossing show in the company's 33-year history, behind their 2013 hit production of THE JUNGLE BOOK.

The Huntington Theatre Company presents its extended world premiere production of A CONFEDERACY OF DUNCES. The show plays now through December 20, 2015 at the Boston University Theatre. Opening Night is tonight, November 18.

Big Apple Circus has joined with world-renowned Autism Spectrum Disorders experts to adapt THE GRAND TOUR for families with members on the spectrum and create a joyful experience for all. The adapted show includes the same world-class artistry as the full performance with a shorter running time, adjusted lights and sound, a calming center, pictorial social narratives, and specially trained staff and volunteers to assure a memorable event for everyone!
