Broadway's cuddliest cast kicks off a new year with the 14th edition of THE BROADWAY BEARS auction on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill (237 West 42 Street), produced by and benefitting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

This month, Broadway's record-breaking, six-time Tony Award-winning musical smash CHICAGO is pleased to welcome back two of its most celebrated veterans.

The Tony Award Winner for Best Musical, Cabaret, opens on the Theatre Memphis Lohrey Stage March 11, 2011, with a cast that features Cassie Thompson as Sally Bowles, Stephen Garrett as Clifford Bradshaw and 2010 Ostrander Best Actor winner Jonathan Christian as the Emcee.

The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities has cast Leo Ash Evens as the Emcee and Kendal Hartse as Sally Bowles for its production of Cabaret, which runs March 22 through April 17, 2011.

David Bedella will continue his run of devilish West End starring roles by playing unscrupulous lawyer ‘Billy Flynn' in the smash-hit West End show 'CHICAGO' at the Cambridge Theatre, with his first performance on Monday 28 February. His previous West End roles include creating the character of ‘Satan' in the notorious 'Jerry Springer the Opera', for which he won the 2004 Olivier Award for ‘Best Actor in a Musical', crazed scientist ‘Dr Frank-N-Furter' in 'The Rocky Horror Show' and KGB agent ‘Alexander Molokov' in 'Chess' at the Royal Albert Hall. His film credits include Oliver Stone's 'Alexander' with Anthony Hopkins and 'Batman Begins' with Christian Bale. He will play the role for 10 weeks only until 8 May.

Civic Theatre of Allentown will hold auditions for its May 2011 production of Kander & Ebb's iconic musical 'Cabaret' at 7 pm on Monday, February 28, 2011.
