On Monday, September 14th, The National Asian American Theatre Company (NAATCO) will present a one-night-only all Asian-American performance of Terrence McNally's LOVE! VALOUR! COMPASSION!, directed by Alan Muraoka, at the Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce Street) to benefit NAATCO. Joe Mantello, the original director of LOVE! VALOUR! COMPASSION! and Stephen Bogardus, a member of the play's original cast, were honorary chairs for the NAATCO benefit performance.

COMPASSION!, directed by Alan Muraoka, on Monday, September 14 with a 6:00pm cocktail reception and a 7:00pm performance at the Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce Street) to benefit NAATCO.

Flicker House Productions announced today a one-week extension of their new production of The Who's Tommy. The production will now run through July 6, when it must close, at the Ricardo Montalbán Theatre in Hollywood.

Gypsy returns to Broadway, starring Patti LuPone as 'Mama Rose,' reunited with co-stars Boyd Gaines (Herbie) and Laura Benanti (Louise). Directed by multiple Tony Award winner and author of the musical Arthur Laurents, Gypsy begins previews on Monday, March 3, 2008 and will officially open on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Broadway's St. James Theatre.

Gypsy, directed multiple Tony Award winner and author of the musical Arthur Laurents, has announced full casting for the production. Joining the previously announced Patti LuPone as 'Rose' are co-stars Boyd Gaines as 'Herbie' and Laura Benanti as 'Louise;' also starring Leigh Ann Larkin as 'Dainty June', Tony Yazbeck as 'Tulsa', Marilyn Caskey as 'Electra', Alison Fraser as 'Tessie', and Lenora Nemetz as 'Mazeppa'; with Bill Bateman as 'Mr. Goldstone', Jim Bracchitta as 'Uncle Jocko', Sami Gayle as 'Baby June', Bill Raymond as 'Pop', Brian Reddy as 'Weber', and Emma Rowley as 'Baby Louise'
