PS Classics will record the cast album of the recent much-acclaimed production of Lone Star Love on March 2nd. Directed by Michael Bogdanov (Olivier Award-winner for The War of the Roses), LONE STAR LOVE is inspired by the play The Merry Wives of Windsor by William Shakespeare, conceived and adapted by John L. Haber, with music and lyrics by Jack Herrick, and contributions from Michael Bogdanov, Bland Simpson and Tommy Thompson. Randy Skinner (2001 Tony® nominee, 42nd Street) is choreographer. Discussions are underway for a commercial transfer.

LONE STAR LOVE, the new musical at the John Houseman Theatre, has been extended by popular demand through February 6. The Amas Musical Theatre Production, also known as the Merry Wives of Windsor Texas, was originally scheduled to run through January 9.
