Free outdoor stand-up comedy just got twice as cool. COMEDY CENTRAL Live® is marking its sixth consecutive year partnering with the City Parks Foundation by expanding its successful annual SummerStage comedy showcase in Central Park, adding a second free event in Brooklyn's Red Hook Park.

The production officially opened last night, June 14, 2012 for a limited engagement through August 5th, 2012 and BroadwayWorld.com was there to capture the opening night guests on the red carpet!

Beginning today, NPR opens Cabinet of Wonders, a new series for public radio featuring the best of the acclaimed New York variety show which finds leading novelists, musicians and comedians each performing as part of a rare showcase of talent. After all, the time is right for a little variety.

Musician/author John Wesley Harding continues his Cabinet of Wonders residency at New York's City Winery tonight, May 19. Drawing together collaborators from the worlds of music, literature and comedy, the Cabinet of Wonders features Harding curating, hosting and performing with a number of hand-picked artists in a variety show format. After a run of shows that included appearances by Edie Brickell, Sondre Lerche, Eugene Mirman, Rick Moody, A.C. Newman, the Punch Brothers, Josh Ritter, Sarah Vowell, Colson Whitehead and many others, Harding goes on in May to feature performances by artists including Kurt Braunohler, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Janeane Garofalo, Kelly Hogan, Lenny Kaye, Sam Lipsyte, Tift Merritt & Simone Dinnerstein and Langhorne Slim.

Musician/author John Wesley Harding continues his Cabinet of Wonders residency at New York's City Winery on May 19. CBS has announced its schedule of upcoming guests on THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG FERGUSON for the weeks of MARCH 28 - APRIL 11. The show airs Monday through Friday, 12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT on the CBS network.

BENJAMIN WALKER (star of the upcoming 20th Century Fox action film ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER) will be back on stage Tuesday, April 3rd at 9:30pm for the return FIND THE FUNNY- which he created and hosts. The show will feature a line-up of comics and performers from clubs and colleges around the country. Special guests are to be announced.
