Tennessee Williams is the subject of A LONELY MAN'S HABIT, a new play performed and written by Jeremy Lawrence, inspired by the words and work of the legendary author who would have celebrated his 100th birthday last Sunday. Performances begin Wednesday, March 30 at the cell (338 West 23rd St), running through April 16.

Rehearsals are underway for the Broadway revival of John Guare's comedic masterpiece THE HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES starring Ben Stiller, Edie Falco and Jennifer Jason Leigh. THE HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES, directed by David Cromer, will open on Monday, April 25, 2011 at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street). The first preview of Tony Kushner's THE INTELLIGENT HOMOSEXUAL'S GUIDE TO CAPITALISM AND SOCIALISM WITH A KEY TO THE SCRIPTURES has been postponed a day to provide the cast and crew with an additional dress rehearsal. The production will now begin performances on Wednesday, March 23 at The Public Theater (425 Lafayette Street). The production is presented by The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Interim Executive Director Joey Parnes) and Signature Theatre Company (Founding Artistic Director James Houghton; Executive Director Erika Mallin) in association with the Guthrie Theater (Joe Dowling, Director). Michael Greif, who directed the world premiere at the Guthrie in April 2009, directs the New York premiere, which opens on Thursday, May 5 and runs through June 12.

Today, in honor of this week's InDepth InterView with Kathy Griffin celebrating her Broadway debut in KATHY GRIFFIN WANTS A TONY - which opens tonight - we are taking a look at the impressive list of comedic talents who will be virtually taking over the Great White Way this Spring.
