For the Park Avenue Chamber Symphony's 2018-2019 season opener, music director David Bernard has chosen a program titled “Heroes and Legends” featuring the New York Premiere of Steven Rosenhaus' JFK: A Profile with narration and multimedia elements developed and curated by WQXR Radio Personality Elliot Forrest. The program also includes the debut of Eli Goldberger, a 15-year-old student of Larry Guy at the Juilliard School Pre-College Division in Weber's Clarinet Concerto No. 1, and concludes with Dvo?ák's brilliant Symphony No. 6.

The Tribeca Film Festival, presented by AT&T, has been the premier curator of cutting-edge interactive storytelling for more than a decade. The 2018 Tribeca Immersive program showcases works by artists who are pushing boundaries, using technology to tell stories and create new experiences. The Virtual Arcade lineup, presented by AT&T, includes 21 world premiere VR/AR exhibits as well as five Storyscapes experiences in competition. The program takes place at the Tribeca Festival Hub from April 20-28. A new addition to Tribeca Immersive is Tribeca Cinema360, a VR theater featuring four curated screening programs of 360° mobile content, running April 21-28. The 17th annual Tribeca Film Festival takes place April 18-29, 2018.

The evening belonged to Hillary and Streisand. Streisand's set started out with 'Everything' from her 1970 film A STAR IS BORN, 'Being at War With Each other' by Carole King, 'Losing My Mind' by Stephen Sondheim from her new ENCORE album and 'Pure Imagination' addressing the environment (also from ENCORE). Then the place went wild when she performed Stephen Sondheim's 'Send in the Clowns' with re-written lyrics skewering Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump. The audience went wild and Barbra received 9 standing ovations!
