His name is Mega, Curt Mega. He's America's greatest superspy, one of a very few individuals called upon to save the planet on a regular basis while plunging into a world of danger, fast cars and lovely women (or is it lovely cars and fast women?). While on one particularly dangerous mission in 1959, he apparently causes the death of his British counterpart and best friend through carelessness. Mega subsequently sinks into an alcoholic decline.
Set in the 1840s, 'The Trail To Oregon!' follows the All-American, dysfunctional family as they set off from Independence, Missouri to head out west in search of a new life in the greatest place on earth... Oregon! What the clueless pioneers don't count on is that they'll have to face every obstacle imaginable along the way, from snake-bites, to bandits, to dysentery! It's the original cross-country road trip... from hell! Loosely inspired by the popular, retro computer game, 'The Oregon Trail,' this raucous, raunchy, musical spoof features 6 performers, 13 songs, multiple possible endings, and a heaping helping of audience participation. With the live audience not only naming all the people in the wagon party, but also choosing which family members they'd like to see die, no two performances of 'The Trail To Oregon!' will ever be the same.

Following the amazing success of The SPACE Tour, internet sensation Team StarKid presents a second national tour: APOCALYPTOUR, featuring a cast of StarKid veterans performing hits from the company's acclaimed original comedy musicals A Very Potter Musical, A Very Potter Sequel, Me and My Dick, and Starship, as well as their latest parody show Holy Musical B@man!. APOCALYPTOUR launched at the House of Blues in Chicago on Wednesday, May 9, and culminates in New York City at the Roseland Ballroom tonight, June 10.
I had a very confusing night last night. I went to go catch the latest tour offering from musical theater parodists Team StarKid with their "Apocalyptour" at the Neptune Theatre. My first moment of confusion was when I arrived an hour before the show and the line was already down the block and around the corner. I didn't realize how much of a cult following they have especially with the younger crowd as the majority of the crowd was still in their teens. But the place was packed! Then, once the show started, came the rest of my confusion as apparently seeing a Team StarKid show requires loads of advanced knowledge as there's no way you could hear any lyrics over the band not to mention the screaming fans who sounded as though they were witnessing the second coming of The Beatles.
Internet sensation Team StarKid will be joined by special guest rapper/poet George Watsky for one stop of APOCALYPTOUR, at Nob Hill Masonic Center in San Francisco tonight, May 25 at 7:30 p.m. As previously announced, "Glee" star and StarKid co-founder Darren Criss will join the tour for two performances at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on Thursday, May 24 at 7:30 p.m. and the Roseland Ballroom in New York City, Sunday, June 10 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for these performances, priced $30 - $35, may be purchased via Ticketmaster.com or LiveNation.com (additional outlets for other cities noted below).
Team StarKid will be joined by company co-founder Darren Criss for THREE total performances of the APOCALYPTOUR: two at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on Wednesday, May 23 (acoustic set only) and Thursday, May 24 at 7:30 p.m. as well as the final show at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City, Sunday, June 10 at 7:30 p.m.
