After a UK tour that started at the Lowry before a three week run at The Place in the Spring and has spanned the country, May Contain Food is embarking on the final leg of its tour with a date in Stockton on the 24th November, and two London dates: artsdepot on the 26th, and then finishes at Shoreditch Town Hall on the 6th as part of Spitalfields Music Festival.
Chotto Desh, Akram Khan Company's first piece of dance theater for family audiences, makes its NY Premiere at The New Victory Theater from November 4-13, 2016. Adapted from Khan's much-loved, autobiographical production, DESH (2014 Bessie Award for Outstanding Production, 2012 Olivier Award for Best New Dance Production), Chotto Desh includes a mix of Khan's original choreography alongside new material.
Artistic Director Anda Winters today announces Print Room at the Coronet's forthcoming season running through until December 2016. The season opens with Tennessee Williams' A Lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur, directed by Michael Oakley. The production opens in the main theatre space on 15 September, with previews from 12 September, and runs until 7 October.

The cast is Mohammad Amiri, Osmain Baig, Ruby Bridle, Emilio Doorgasingh, Terina Drayton, Aeran Fitzgerald, Frankie Fox, Ellie Mai Gallagher, Bayleigh Gray, Zainab Hasan, Duramaney Kamara, Asiatu Koroma, Wendy Kweh, Lev Litvinov, Georgie Lord, Angel Loren, Teann McDonnell, Eugenie-Alexia Mulumba, Sarah Niles, Demi Papaminas, Imogen Roberts, Abdul Salis, Morgane Tapia,Peter Temple and Matthew Wellard. Boy will run at the Almeida Theatre from 5 April until 28 May, with a Press Night on 12 April.

Sacha Wares will be returning to Almeida Theatre to direct the world premiere of Leo Butler's new play Boy, after her directorial success with the critically acclaimed production, Game, by Mike Bartlett, in 2015. Boy will run at the Almeida Theatre from 5 April until 28 May 2016, with press night on 12 April 2016. Director Sacha Wares is joined by a formidable creative team, including two powerhouse contemporary designers, Miriam Buether for set design (Wild Swans, Sucker Punch, My Child, Generations), who worked with Sacha on Game at the Almeida in 2015, and Ultz for costume (Jerusalem, Hobson's Choice, Fallout, Pied Pier), who will be collaborating with Miriam, on design, for the very first time. Further creative credits include movement by Leon Baugh, lighting by Jack Knowles and sound by Gareth Fry.

The Olivier Award-winning production of King Charles III is currently touring the UK off the back of its prior success at the Almeida Theatre and the West End in 2014. There are also imminent measures in place to take the show to Broadway, with previews starting next month at the Music Box Theatre. Referred to as a 'future history' play, the story begins at the funeral of Queen Elizabeth and Charles' acquisition of the highest ranked Royal position as King. The text highlights the rights bestowed on members of the Royal family and focuses on King Charles' decision to dissolve Parliament following the News International phone hacking scandal. His immediate family also feature heavily in the play; the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge thrust themselves into a more prominent position of authority and Prince Harry's desire to be a commoner and stripped of any further royal duties.
