Arthur Miller's THE CRUCIBLE is headed back to Broadway just in time for what would be the playwright's 100th birthday. 

Lyndsey Turner's production of William Shakespeare's HAMLET, starring Benedict Cumberbatch in the title role, just began performances at the Barbican Theatre, and already a popular publication is under heat for their recent coverage of the production. The Times' Kate Matby released a negative review for the play, calling it 'Shakespeare for Kids,' after attending the first preview. The show doesn't officially open until August 25.

IFC has ordered pilot presentations of three new comedy series, with Dan Harmon (Community, Rick and Morty), Jim Norton (Inside Amy Schumer, Louie) and Sara Schaefer (Nikki & Sara Live, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon) attached to headline.

The Daily Mail writes that Ciaran Hinds will play 'Claudius' in Sonia Friedman Productions' upcoming staging of HAMLET, starring Benedict Cumberbatch in the title role at the Barbican Theatre.

Jim Norton is a comedian living in New York who has appeared in multiple television shows and recorded five stand-up comedy specials. He is a two-time New York Times bestselling author and the host of The Jim Norton Show, a talk show, on Vice.com. He is currently preparing to record his 6th live special.

Based on the 1994 Albert Finney film, the musical A Man of No Importance played at New York's Mitzi E.
