Peter Maloney and Mare Winningham are the recipients of the annual Richard Seff Award presented by the Actors' Equity Foundation to a veteran male and female character actor for the best performance in a supporting role in a Broadway or Off-Broadway production. The announcement was made by Arne Gundersen, president of the Foundation, which administers the award.

Roundabout Theatre Company opened officially last night April 24, 2014 at the newly transformed Kit Kat Klub at Studio 54 on Broadway (254 West 54th Street). Roundabout Theatre Company has announced that PS Classics will record the cast album of VIOLET on April 7, 2014. This Original Broadway Cast Recording, a two-disc set, will be released on June 3. The production is currently playing at the American Airlines Theatre through August 10, 2014.

The Ziegfeld Society will present A SALUTE TO ROCKETTE HISTORY II today, March 15th, an original musical revue which tells the history of the precision dance line founded in 1925 by choreographer Russell Markert, inspired by The Tiller Girls in THE ZIEFELD FOLLIES OF 1922, and their evolution from their early beginnings as The Missouri Rockets to the Roxyettes to the now legendary Rockettes. The production will have musical direction by Mark York (musical director of Jim Dale's upcoming Roundabout production JUST JIM DALE), written. directed and choreographed by former Rockettes Mary Six Rupert and Karyn Tomczak.

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced Tony Award winner Rosemary Harris will play the role of 'Eleanor Swan' in the Off-Broadway premiere of Tom Stoppard's Indian Ink, directed by Carey Perloff. The production will begin performances on September 4 and open Sunday, September 28, 2014 at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold & Miriam Steinberg Centre for Theatre (111 West 46th Street).
