FX Sets January Premiere Dates for JUSTIFIED, ARCHER & New Animated Series CHOZEN

FX has locked down the January premiere dates of its original series including the Emmy Award-winning drama Justified, the hit animated comedy Archer, and its new animated comedy Chozen, which had been scheduled to run on FXX but now will be paired with Archer for a Monday night animation block. With the move of Chozen to FX, FXX will pair Ali G: Rezurection with the critically acclaimed original comedy series Legit. The scheduling announcements were made today by Chuck Saftler, President of Program Strategy and COO, FX Networks

Movies filmed in New York City that tapped into the turmoil, chaos, and social and cultural energies of the late 1960s and early 1970s are the subject of the screening series Fun City: New York in the Movies 1967-75, curated by film critic and historian J. Hoberman. The series, which will be accompanied by a new monograph written by Hoberman, includes nineteen films, and will be presented by Museum of the Moving Image from August 10 through September 1. The films include established classics such as Rosemary's Baby, The French Connection, Midnight Cowboy, and Dog Day Afternoon, as well as lesser known films such as The Angel Levine, Bye Bye Braverman, and Cotton Comes to Harlem.

Fifth Season in the Works for ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT?

In an interveiw with Bloomberg News, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT producer Brian Grazer revealed that Netflix is currently in active talks with 20th Century Fox to produce another season of the cult favorite. 'We are in conversations with them to do another,' Grazer shared. 'They are interested in doing that.'
