Weber will play a friend of the leading character portrayed by Broderick in Christopher Hampton's 1970 take on 'The Misanthrope,' while Cake will play a writer. Anna Madeley is the female lead, reprising a role she played in the 2005 staging of the play at the Donmar Warehouse. Rattlestick Playwrights Theater (David Van Asselt, Artistic Director, and Sandra Coudert, Managing Director) has announced a one-week extension of the World Premiere of Geometry of Fire, a new drama by Stephen Belber, directed by Lucie Tiberghien (The Pavilion). Performances began Saturday, November 15th and the show officially opened on Monday, November 24th at 7pm. Originally scheduled to close on December 14th, the show will now end its run on Sunday, December 21, 2008.

Fault Lines opened September 30, 2008 at The Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce Street). The run will now continue through November 9, 2008.
