At a press conference held at Barrington Stage Company's St. Germain Stage, Artistic Director Julianne Boyd announced the 2013 season of musicals and plays that will take place in downtown Pittsfield in the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage and St. Germain Stage (formerly Stage 2) venues in 2013. Single tickets will go on sale March 1, 2013. Jack Gindi's new play, Best Friends, will have a staged reading at 2:00pm on Friday, November 16th at Theatre 54 inside Shetler Studios. David Glenn Armstrong directs this four-person contemporary comedy/drama which stars Josh Adam Davis, Sarah Nedwek, Graham Powell, and Leah Wagner.
Jeff McCarthy, the actor whose New York credits include Urinetown, Chicago, The Pirate Queen, Side Show and Beauty & the Beast, among others, will lead the cast as the title character in THE GRINCH at MSG.
