Mary Cleere Haran Celebrates Johnny Mercer at Feinstein's, 10/29-11/7

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine and 'an invaluable New York institution' by The New York Post, will continue its star-studded Fall 2009 season with the return engagement of MARY CLEERE HARAN from October 29 - 31 and November 5 - 7. The world premiere of her new show celebrating the Johnny Mercer centennial will feature famous standards such as "Day In Day Out," "Out Of This World," and "The Days of Wine and Roses," in addition to lesser known gems such as "It's A Great Big World" from The Harvey Girls and "That Old Music Master," with music by Hoagy Carmichael.

Following a 2009 Drama Desk nomination for Jan Maxwell in last season's Scenes From An Execution by Howard Barker, PTP/NYC, formerly known as The Potomac Theatre Project, in association with Middlebury College, proudly presents its 23rd repertory season, its 3rd consecutive in NY. This season's menu includes the U.S. Premiere of The Europeans, written by Howard Barker and directed by PTP's Co-Artistic Director Richard Romagnoli (Barker's 'American ally'), and Therese Raquin, written by Neal Bell and directed by PTP's Co-Artistic Director Jim Petosa.

This fall, New York City celebrates the 90th anniversary of Leonard Bernstein's birth with a three-month long festival of his work presented by Carnegie Hall and the New York Philharmonic. But if you want to see Bernstein's Peter Pan, you'll have to visit Santa Barbara. The Santa Barbara Theatre proudly announces the first American revival of Leonard Bernstein's Peter Pan. SBT artistic director Albert Ihde directs 12 performances at the Lobero Theatre, December 19 to 28, with two low-priced previews on December 17 and 18.
