The Battery's Down, the hit online television series, will return for a second season on Wednesday, April 1, on YouTube featuring a slew of Broadway guest stars. Filmed in a style similar to Curb Your Enthusiasm or The Office, The Battery's Down chronicles the life of young actor Jake Wilson in New York City. Each twenty-minute, two-part episode will premiere at 12:01AM the first of every month.

Producers Scott Morfee, Jean Doumanian and Tom Wirtshafter present the acclaimed David Cromer production of' Thornton Wilder's Our Town. Performances will began on February 17th with an official opening night set for tonight, Thursday, February 26th, 7:30 p.m., at the Barrow Street Theatre (27 Barrow Street), whose space was completely redesigned for this production.

The National Alliance for Musical Theatre (NAMT) and Executive Director Kathy Evans announced the directors and casts for the eight musicals being presented at its 20th Annual Festival of New Musicals at New World Stages (340 West 50th St) on Monday, October 20 and Tuesday, October 21, 2008. The eighth episode of the showbiz-themed web series 'The Battery's Down,' which chronicles the life of a young performer in New York City, will feature Tony Award winner John Gallagher, Jr. (Spring Awakening, Rabbit Hole), Deidre Goodwin (A Chorus Line, 30 Rock), Eric Roediger (Spelling Bee), Jay Russell (Around The World In 80 Days), Emily Walton (Saved), Matthew Nardozzi (Inherit The Wind), and Tyler Maynard (The Little Mermaid, Altar Boyz) who is reprising the role of Pepe.
