Ben Cameron (Wicked) will host.

Tonight, June 3, 2013, over a dozen Broadway performers will honor the life and lyrics of Howard Ashman at a concert for AIDS Walk New York, benefiting GMHC and 40 other AIDS service organizations in the tri-state area. Hosted at the Laurie Beechman Theatre at the West Bank Cafe, the concert will feature songs with lyrics written by Ashman throughout his career, from his Oscar-winning work in Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid, to lesser known gems from Smile and songs originally written for Aladdin.

Brave New World Enterprises, LLC has completed casting for its pre-Broadway workshop table reading of the new musical based on Aldous Huxley's novel, BRAVE NEW WORLD.

The new American musical Hands on a Hardbody just celebrated opening night last night, March 21, at Broadway's Brooks AtkinsonTheatre (256 West 47th Street). The cast and creative team gathered at the Roseland Ballroom with their real-life counterparts from the documentary on which the musical is based. After last summer's hugely successful "Broadway Sings The 90's," 'The TRL Generation' returns at the Canal Room on Sunday, March 3rd at with "Broadway Loves Britney," a song and dance extravaganza paying tribute to our generation's princess of pop, Ms. Britney Spears. The 9:30PM concert will be produced and musically directed by Benjamin Rauhala and directed by Kyle Fox, with musical arrangements and orchestrations by Joey Contreras, Benjamin Rauhala, and Charlie Rosen.

Bring It On: The Musical will play the final performance of its limited engagement today, December 30, 2012, after 21 previews and 173 regular performances at Broadway's St. James Theatre. On November 26th, BroadwayUnderstudies.com invited some of Broadway's most talented understudies to the stage of the Laurie Beechman Theatre to share their rare talent-the ability to perform at a second's notice. They were thrown into the fire in 'Half Hour 2: A Last Minute Concert,' a show where even they don't know what they'll be singing before they step up to the microphone. The audience got to vote on what song each performer will sing. Check out highlights from the concert below!
