This season, Off-Broadway's DR2 Kids Theatre (Daryl Roth, Producer) has partnered with Theatreworks USA (Barbara Pasternack, Artistic Director; Ken Arthur, Producing Director) to present 'Rabbit Season' at the DR2 Kids Theatre.

Houston's Main Street Theater's April lineup includes THIS, a performance of adults only, running April 7-24, 2011, and BUNNICULA, for children first grade and older, April 16-May 14, 2011.

GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, will honor the hit ABC show 'Modern Family' at the Respect Awards - Los Angeles, Presented by Centropolis Entertainment, on October 8 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Also being honored are Out & Equal Workplace Advocates and the GLSEN Educator of the Year, presented by Sodexo.

GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, will honor the Emmy Award-winning hit ABC show, 'Modern Family,' at tomorrow night's Respect Awards - Los Angeles, Presented by Centropolis Entertainment at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Emmy winner Rob Reiner will present the show with the Inspiration Award, and America's favorite mom, Florence Henderson, currently appearing on 'Dancing with the Stars,' will be welcoming everyone to the gala. In September, DC area theatres are filled with almost a dozen musical productions opening -- classics, family shows, and many wonderful plays being performed on our over 200 theatre venues. The humidity is finally melting away, and it's a perfect time to welcome the cooler weather and the colors of the Fall by making a trip to the Nation's Capital and catching a show or two or three. Someone is trying to deal with a very troubling inch, a Bar-Mitzvah boy has to deal with his crazy family, spelling champions battle it out, and a beagle pilot takes flight. There's so much to choose from, so read on and see what's playing in September in this monumental town. Happy New Year to all my fellow Jewish lovers of the theatre!
