‘S Wonderful, the all singing, all dancing musical celebration of the genius of George and Ira Gershwin will be play a limited engagement at Queens Theatre in Flushing Meadow Corona Park November 3- 13. Under the direction of Ray Roderick, musical direction of Richard Hip-Flores and choreography of Vince Pesce, the talented cast of five triple threat singer/dancer/actors bring the music of the Gershwin brothers to life. Paper Mill Playhouse has just announced that Ms. Lorna Luft will be featured in Paper Mill Playhouse's production of White Christmas opening November 16, 2011. White Christmas will run at the Millburn theater from November 16 through December 24. Full casting will be announced in the near future.

A.R.T. American Repertory Theater's (A.R.T.) production of The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess, by George Gershwin, DuBose and Dorothy Heyward, and Ira Gershwin will close on October 2 before moving to Broadway. The adaptation by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Suzan-Lori Parks and Obie Award-winning composer Diedre L. Murray, directed by A.R.T. Artistic Director Diane Paulus, with choreography by Ronald K. Brown, began previews on August 17. The production will begin previews at the Richard Rogers Theatre on December 17, 2011 in anticipation of a January 12, 2012 Broadway opening.
